What do you pay?
The only cost you’ll need to cover is your insurance policy excess - everything else will be handled by your insurance company.

A loss assessor, appointed by the policyholder, manages the insurance claim on their behalf. The policyholder pays their fees and hires them to handle significant claims. Loss assessors assist with all aspects of the claim, including negotiating with the insurance company’s loss adjusters.
What is a loss adjuster?
A loss adjuster is an insurance professional who represents the insurance company. They investigate claims by interviewing the claimant, witnesses, and other relevant parties, as well as inspecting property damage to assess the extent of the insurance company’s liability.
Would I need to pay anything if my insurance void my claim?
The primary reason we are called in is to verify the validity of the claim. Before submitting any reports to the insurance company, we thoroughly review all policy documents and fine print to ensure everything is in order before logging the claim.
If my claim fails, do I pay you anything?
We operate on a "no win, no fee" basis, meaning there is absolutely no charge to the insured at any point.
What do I pay the insurance for logging a claim?
The only cost you’ll be responsible for is the policy excess, similar to a car insurance policy. This amount, typically ranging from £150 to £500, must be paid before proceeding with the claim.
Would there be an increase in my following year policy?
Yes, filing a claim usually leads to a 10% increase in your insurance premium for the following year.
