Cancellation
UK Property Claims provide a 14 day termination period, in which our clients may terminate our agreement by providing written notice to us within 14 days of appointment.
This agreement shall continue until the services (or any mutually agreed addition, extension or variation thereof have been provided, or until terminated in accordance with the below. Without prejudice to the above the employment of UK Property Claims, this agreement may be terminated immediately where any of the following circumstances arise: Either party commits a serious breach or persistent breaches of this agreement including but not limited to the non-performance, neglect or default of any of his duties outlined.
If we feel that the claim in question is fraudulent or has no chance of succeeding, we have the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect and cease acting on your behalf.
You can terminate this agreement at any point. You shall terminate this agreement via a written notice within 14 days of our appointment on this claim, in which no fee will be charged for our services.
If you decide to terminate this agreement after the 14 days of our appointment, we shall charge you in respect of all work already carried out on your behalf which will be calculated at £150.00 per hour of our time.
