Our Services are Free! When you appoint a UK Property Claims assessor and choose to work with our trusted network of contractors, there’s no cost to you. The repair expenses are covered by your insurance provider, and our fees are paid by the contractors we recommend – not out of your pocket.

If you prefer to use your own contractors for the reinstatement work, we do apply a fee of 10 – 15% + VAT based on the settlement amount offered by your insurer.
