Cancellation
UK Property Claims offers a 14-day termination period during which clients may cancel our agreement by providing written notice within 14 days of appointment.
This agreement remains in effect until the services (or any mutually agreed upon extensions, additions, or variations) have been completed, or until terminated as outlined below. The agreement may be terminated immediately if either party commits a serious or persistent breach of its terms, including but not limited to non-performance, neglect, or default of duties.
If we believe a claim is fraudulent or unlikely to succeed, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately and stop representing you.
You may terminate this agreement at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of our appointment, no fees will be charged. If you cancel after the 14-day period, we will charge £150.00 per hour for the work already completed on your behalf.
